REFUND POLICY

We aim for complete customer satisfaction.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your product is damaged, defected or if you have received the incorrect product. If your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product, you may return it exactly as received (unworn, with original packaging).

Return Policy

Process:
To apply for a return or exchange, please email us at ecocharmproducts@gmail.com with your order number and photo of the defect. We will review and respond within 2-3 business days.

Products can be returned within 14 days from the time of receipt of goods at the customer’s end, only if the goods are found in damaged or defective condition. No exchanges are allowed in other cases.

Refund:
In case if product can't be exchanged, refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging with the labels intact.The amount will be processed back to your original payments account within 7-10 business days.

We are not liable for any returns that were not notified to us within 3 business days of product receipt.

No refund cases

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

  • Minor colour and design variations. All products are handmade and use threads, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

  • If the product is not faulty or damaged.

  • Custom Orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
